1. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • We reserve the right to reject/cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, suspicious activity).

  • You must provide accurate delivery details; we are not liable for errors.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT (where applicable).

  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Credit/Debit Card, Paypal.

  • Payment is due at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays (e.g., courier issues) are not our responsibility.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Risk of damage/loss transfers to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of print products, refunds/exchanges are only offered for:

      – Defective or damaged items (must report within 7 days of delivery).

      – Incorrect items shipped by us.

  • No refunds for design errors caused by the customer or after a proof has been sent.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and website content are owned by Racey Graphics Ltd or licensed to us.

  • Unauthorised use/copying of our designs is prohibited.

  • We are not liable for:

      – Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

      – Delays beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the order’s total value.
